Experimental wastewater is generated in the preparation of the catalyst process for the production of acrylamide.It contains a lot of phosphite,sulfate,strongly alkaline,high COD.In order to reduce the wastewater total phosphorus concentration(the starting point TP=2300mg/L),using chemical precipitation-oxidation-flocculation combined process and stage treatment we do the reaserch of phosphorus removal.To find the best precipitant,oxidant,flocculant through tests,finaly determined the optimum parameters.Chemical precipitation as a primary treatment of phosphorus removal from wastewater,we selecting single factor and determine the best precipitant dosage,pH,temperature,time,stirring speed etc.Through orthogonal experiments comes to the conclusions that:100ml phosphorus-containing waste water adjusted to pH 8,at 30? under 200r/min conditions,adding 3.00Og of calcium chloride,reaction 180min,then wastewater total phosphorus concentration can be reduced to 200mg/L,the phosphorus removal rate up to 91%.By XRD,TG-DTA characterization analysis,the main component of the obtained chemical sediment are sub-calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate crystals precipitate.The total concentration of phosphorus down to 200 mg/L after first grade chemical precipitation treatment,it contains a large number of calcium.H2O2 as oxidants to oxide phosphite and binging with Ca2+ to generate precipitation.We studied on the dosage of oxidant,pH,temperature and other single factor which influence on the phosphorus removal rate.The results show that phosphite phosphorus wastewater can be oxidized to orthophosphate when H2O2 as oxidants,the optimum conditions of oxidative precipitation:when the wastewater treatment capacity of 100 ml,H2O2 dosage of 5ml under pH 8 and the reaction temperature is 80?,reaction time 120min,stirring speed at 200r/min,total phosphorus removal rate of 93.17%,the residual total phosphorus concentration can be reduced to 15mg/L.By examining the different flocculants phosphorus removal,selecting the composite PAM,PAC flocculant.The initinal total phosphorus concentration of wastewater,pH,sedimentation time and other factors to phosphorus rate were studied.The results show that,when phosphorus wastewater total phosphorus concentration of 15mg/L PAM and PAC dosage amount are 10mg/L and 200mg/L,at pH 6,sedimentation time at 30min then phosphorus removal rate is 95%and flocculation effluent total phosphorus concentration was reduced to below 1.00mg/L to reach the two standards of the national wastewater discharge.By examining the different flocculants phosphorus removal,we selected the composite PAM,PAC flocculant.The initinal total phosphorus concentration of wastewater,pH,sedimentation time and other factors to phosphorus rate were studied.The results show that,phosphorus removal rate is 95%when phosphorus wastewater total phosphorus concentration of 15mg/L PAM and PAC dosage amount are 10mg/L and 200mg/L,at pH 6,sedimentation time at 30min and flocculation effluent total phosphorus concentration was reduced to below 1.00mg/L,reaching the two standards of the national wastewater discharge.
