Hailaer basin is located in the southwest of the hulunbuir city.Inner Mongolia autonoIous region,covers an area of 44210 km2 in the territory of China.It is a complex fault depression basin,measuring 6.5×108t Oil resource,which has completed the increase of reserves and production in daqing peripheral basin.With the developing of hailaer oilfield,Bei Zhong South Tun Set reservoir becomes the main target in recent years,accounting for 60%of hailaer oilfield fracturing construction at present.Bei Zhong South Tun Set reservoir belongs to low permeability,tight and deep buried reservoir with the average depth of 2597.1m.Bei Zhong South Tun Set reservoir has a variety of rock types,complex lithology,high shale content,strong rock plasticity,and the cracks are difficult to crack and stretch.Its reservoirs are of big number and small thickness.As a result,the configuration of artificial fractures is complex and difficult to predict and transform.In recent years,as the deepening of target layers reformed,construction conditions is increasingly complex,and success rate of construction is 77.6%.The contradiction of low transformation strength is increasingly prominent.And the effect of the measures is not ideal.For reservoir characteristics of high mud content in deep South Tun Set,analysis of hydraulic fracturing was carried through the stress analysis of reservoir and rock mechanics parameters,mud crack model of reservoir in South Tun Set which has high mud content was build up,the influence of high mud content on crack and the crack extension direction was analysed,complex mechanism of near wellbore fracture was diagnosed.On this basis,targeted control measures and its application conditions have been put forward.In respect of fracturing fluid system technology,we have researched and evaluated adaptability and compatibility of fracturing fluid system,screened fracturing fluid system to meet reconstruction needs in deep South Tun Set of reservoir with high mud content,reduced low layer reform strength and big damage to the reservoir due to inadaptable of fracturing fluid,setted up special application standard for fracturing fluid system in South Tun Set with high mud content.Success rate and intensity of fracturing operation in South Tun group of Hailar basin,playing an very important guiding role in fracturing of hailaer basin,which also provides an important technical guarantee for the future development of the reservoir in hailaer basin.
