The oily sludge is the main pollutants of petroleum chemical industry.The features are large output,high oil content,less light oil fractions and more asphalt and glial components.The ordinary washing methods can not achieve complete separation.In this experiment we choose surfactant to wash the oily contained mud.The oily sludge eventually points to get maximum recovery and utilization.On the inhibition of environmental pollution and recycling of oil resources,it is of great practical significance.This experiment mainly uses CMC,AEO-9,Na2CO3,LAS,STPP,Na2SiO3·9H2O according to a certain mass ratio to prepare to 64 kinds of quality score of 2%of the elution to wash the oily sludge of 62.90%at the same conditions(temperature of 50?,time of 35min,liquid-solid mass ratio of 5:1).The best formula is the mass ratio of 1:3:15:15:25:11 of the six kinds of surfactants.Using the eluent best formula for oily sludge treatment,and changing the temperature,time,liquid to solid mass ratio,and eluent mass fraction,we inspected various of process parameters on the treatment effect.With the increase of temperature,the residual oil rate is reduced gradually.At 65 ?,the residual oil rate reached the minimum.And then with increasing temperature,the residual oil rate is slightly higher.With increasing time the residual oil rate decreased,and at 45min the residual oil rate reached at the lowest value.And subsequent changes in amplitude of the residual oil rate were stable.The residual oil rate reduced with the increase in liquid-solid mass ratio and then stabilized,and the best is at 6:1.Eluate mass fraction has little effect to the residual oil rate.With increasing mass fraction the residual oil rate decreased first and then increased,and at 3%is the best.To the four process parameters of the thermochemical cleaning processes such as temperature,time,liquid-solid mass ratio,and eluent mass fraction we used orthogonal design to optimize them.Obtained by orthogonal experiment of each factor,and the degree of effect is time>eluent quality score>liquid-solid mass ratio>temperature.The optimal reaction parameters are temperature at 60?,time at 35min,liquid-solid mass ratio at 7:1,and eluent mass fraction at 3%.By repeated parallel experiments the de-oiling rate was up to 97.32%.
