With the deepening of the process of urbanization and the rapid development of modern agriculture, resulting in some soil suffered varying degrees of heavy metal pollution, due to the existence of the plant absorption, the heavy metals which into the soil may be absorbed by plants, thereby immobilize heavy metals in food pollution, and ultimately harm to human health through the food chain. So the soil detection of trace heavy metals, for the evaluation of soil quality and protect human health and the maintenance of social and economic sustainable development has important practical significance.Currently on the market mainstream heavy metal detection device mostly expensive and complicated to operate, larger, high use of personnel requirements,so there is an urgent need to develop a low cost, high accuracy and easy operation detection system used for rapidly implement the detection of heavy metals in complex soil. For the above paper, the ion selective electrode method to develop a preliminary soil heavy metal content detection system used for rapid detection of heavy metal in soil solution. The main contents are as follows:(1)Describes the methods currently used to detect heavy metal, focusing on ion selective electrode method works and advantages are analyzed, while the electrochemical Nernst equation and other related knowledge and application of the principles described.(2)Comprehensive introduction detection system design, focusing on the overall design ideas and principles of this method detection system, choose from the three-electrode system,PC hardware circuit design and software development are described in detail.(3)Experiments carried out standard solution, using the systems and the principle of least square method to detect copper and cadmium ion selective electrode potential and the concentration of linear regression model to obtain the relationship between the two functions;the use of high-precision ion meter HI83200 verification experiment were compared with actual soil samples;while the experimental results and error possible reasons were analyzed.(4)Finally,summarized the article. For the initial establishment of the inadequacies of the inspection system are summarized, presented the direction of the follow-up work.
