Over the past decade,helical structures have received much attention because helicity is an essential element of life and is also important in advanced materials such as optical devices and asymmetric catalysis.Thus,the search for new structural motifs in helical architectures has been a necessary research area to date.Based on these proofs,firstly,we expound the present research about supramolecular helix constructed in diffenent ways.Secondly,based on the foundation of research in our laboratory,we reported a series of macrocyclic compounds containing propargylamine backbone via Mannich reaction in one pot,using dual terminal alkyne,formaldehyde and dual secondary amines as starting materials.We also analyzed the novel structure of the crystal structure further.Finally,we synthesized a series of macrocyclic compounds via Click reaction and analyzed the 3D network of the crystal structure.In chapter 1,helicity is a universal existence in the nature,as a very important topological motif,the search for new structural motifs in helical architectures has been a necessary research area to date.Herein,a detailed review was carried out about their present research progress with four different theme,as covalent synthesis helix,metal-organic ligands synthesis helix,metal-metal synthesis helix and noncovalent synthesis helix.In chapter 2,based on the foundation of research in our laboratory,we reported a series of macrocyclic compounds containing propargylamine backbone via Mannich reaction in one pot,using dual terminal alkyne,formaldehyde and dual secondary amines as starting materials.We also analyzed the novel structure of the crystal structure further.All the compounds of quinoxalines are characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and HRMS.In additional,two compounds are further confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.In chapter 3,in the field of supramolecular chemistry and crystal engineering,the design and assembly of intriguing aesthetic architectures and topological features as functional materials have stimulated the interest of chemists.3D network,as its fantastic framework,has been an important field in recent years.We have synthesized a series of macrocyclic compounds via click reaction and analyzed the novel 3D structure of the crystal structure further.All the compounds of quinoxalines are characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and HRMS.In additional,two compounds are further confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.
