| In this paper,the influence of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),talcum powder,carbon black(CB)and nucleating agent on the melting behavior and crystallization behavior,crystal morphology,crystallization kinetics and crystal transformation of polybutylene-1(PB-1)studied by DSC,POM and XRD.The results were as follows:The crystallization process of PB-1 was promoted by MWCNTs,increasing the crystallization temperature,accelerating the crystallization process,improving the melting temperature.It showed that MWCNTs as out-of-phase particles played a part in the nucleation of PB-1.But at the same time,transfer and orderly arrangement of chain segments was interfered by MWCNTs in the crystallization process,reducing the crystallinity.It demonstrated that MWCNTs played a part in the nucleation of PB-1 studied by POM.Crystallization kinetics analysis showed that the crystallization process of PB-1 was promoted by MWCNTs,but the pattern of nucleation and three-dimensional growth mechanism of spherulite were unchanged.The crystallization process of PB-1 was significantly promoted by 1wt%general talcum powder,the crystallization temperature increased by 5.4℃,ΔHc increased by 2.7J·g-1,melting temperature increased by 2.7℃,ΔHm increased by 6.4J.g-1.When talcum powder increased from 1wt%to 10wt%,the crystallization temperature and melting temperature basically unchanged,but ΔH以 and ΔHm reduced.It demonstrated that talcum powder had an impact on the nucleation of PB-1 studied by POM,but the pattern of nucleation and three-dimensional growth mechanism of spherulite remained the same.XRD research showed that the crystal transformation of polybutylene-1 was slightly promoted by talcum powder,the crystal transformation from II to I was completed at 55h after processing.The crystallization process of PB-1 was significantly promoted by 0.5wt%carbon black,increasing the crystallization temperature,improving the ΔHc,and melting temperature.When carbon black increased from 0.5wt%to 3wt%,the crystallizing temperature was slightly increased with increase in carbon black content,the ΔHc changed a little.It demonstrated that carbon black had an obvious impact on the nucleation of PB-1 studied by POM,and in some systems,the pattern of nucleation changed,but the three-dimensional growth mechanism of spherulite remained the same.XRD research showed that the crystal transformation of polybutylene-1 was not promoted by carbon black.The crystal transformation from Ⅱ to Ⅰ was completed mostly at 55h after processing.The crystallization process of PB-1 was promoted the most with nucleating agent N1 in dosage of 0.2wt%.The crystallizing temperature was significantly increased with nucleating agent N2,the crystallinity reduced.It demonstrated that nucleating agent N1 and nucleating agent N2 had an impact on the nucleation of PB-1 studied by POM,but the pattern of nucleation and three-dimensional growth mechanism of spherulite remained the same.XRD research showed that the crystal transformation of polybutylene-1 was not promoted significantly by nucleating agent N1. |
