| Aluminum foam is the composite phase based on aluminum or aluminum alloy and matrixed with pore stuctures,as the representative of the foam metal,because of its excellent sound absorption, noise reduction and shock absorption, insulation, anti electromagnetic shielding performance in machinery,aviation, transportation, chemical industry, communication, building, and many other areas, other materials have irreplaceable role.With the development and progress of research on foam aluminum, its preparation method is more and more diversified, preparation technology level also constantly improved.For the preparation of a small aperture, high porosity, uniform structure, less defect samples of aluminum foam, this thesis mainly for aluminum foam which was prepared by melt foaming process for the study of concrete.This topic based on the conventional melt foaming method for preparation of aluminum foam experiment, on the basis of the use of ZL102 aluminum alloy with as matrix material, Ti H2 as foaming agent, mainly in the three groups of experiments, respectively is in view of the single factor experiment temperature,foam phase for foaming agent to join temperature, stirring speed,stirring time three factors orthogonal test, viscous phase for viscosity increasing temperature, the amount of tackifier, mixing time of the three factors orthogonal test.The experimental results show that:(1) temperature contrast in single factor experiment, of ZL102 aluminum alloy with as substrate material in, 600 ℃ under the condition of the preparation of aluminum foam foaming effect best, pore rate was 86%, and the aperture size appropriate, pore distribution of the uniform.(2) based on ZL102, substrate material in 590 ℃, the foam mixing 5 min,stirring speed 800 r/min, the foaming effect best, porosity up to 88%, and the aperture size is moderate, the uniform distribution.Poor and melt foaming temperature value, deviation square, the largest and effect analysis diagram most volatile, therefore these three factors of temperature effect on porosity of foamaluminum prepared by melt(3) In viscous phase three factors orthogonal experiment, the temperature of 610 ℃, 1.5% Ca adding quautity, viscous mixing 8 min conditions, the best sample expansion height, foam porosity up to 85%, in the sample center section slice the foaming effect best are mainly distributed in the foam in the area of the part;The upper polygon stomatal aperture is relatively small.Black and white and binarization, the samples by calculation and analysis software IR2000,samples of the upper, the middle to lower its equivalent diameter, numerical into the trend of gradual increase in circular degree, sample equivalent diameter range is 0.9015 to 2.1765 mm;Circular degree ranges from 0.4563 to 0.4563.During detailed analysis and research the melt foaming method of viscosity,foaming, rows of solidification reaction mechanism;At the end,we also needle in the experiment of the past, the six major defects in the foam has carried on the detailed description and analysis, and based on this process improvement Suggestions are put forward. |
