High gravity engineering technology is a new ground-breaking technology which strengthen the momentum,heat,mass transfer and the chemical reaction process,it can be appropriate for energy,materials,petroleum,chemical,environmental,biological department and bring huge economic benefits and social benefits.As it has small volume,light weight,low energy consumption,easy operation,easy maintenance,and the advantages of safe,reliable and flexible,then it can quickly promoted if it demonstrate successfully in a certain industry sectors.It can also be used by some of the traditional technology is not up to the occasion as the technology also is not afraid of vibration equipment,installation,can be any orientation inside the device material stay time is short,suitable for rapid response and selective absorption characteristics,which has a more traditional separation and reaction technology wider application range.At present Chinese sulfuric acid production methods mainly include sulfur sulphuric acid,smelting gas sulphuric acid and pyrite sulfuric acid production,these methods can produce a certain amount of SO2 gas in the process of production,as we know,SO2 is one of the main atmospheric pollutants.When SO2 soluble in water,it will form the sulfurous acid which is the main component of acid rain.If it is further oxidated usually in the presence of catalyst,it can efficiently generate sulfuric acid.Therefore,the national environmental protection emissions have strict limits on sulphuric acid industry.according to the GB26132-2010 sulfuric acid industrial pollutants emission standards,the requirements of SO2 emissions have to be less than 400mg/m3 Since October 1,2013.after then,the enterprise related domestic sulphuric acid production carried out a series of scientific and technological research for this problem.In addition to improving the conversion of SO3,the SO2 absorption rate,they also do a lot of research on tail gas absorption.At present,the main methods are ammonia-acid method,sodium alkali,new type of catalyst,active coke method,organic amine method.The sulfuric acid production technology of one chemical company employs twice transform and twice absorption,its waste gas mainly include SO2 gas.This companyadded high gravity desulfurization devices on three sets of sulphuric acid production plant since 2012 in succession,and achieved good results in the removal of sulfur.The author has carried on a series of tracking research on the sulfuric acid tail gas high gravity desulfurization equipment of this company.She consideres high gravity technology applies of sulfuric acid production tail gas desulfurization equipment,has the characteristics of high efficiency,low energy consumption,easy operation,easy maintenance,safe,reliable,flexible and so on.But at present,the desulfurization equipment can not be in the process of air intake and intake of the SO2 concentration of the dynamic adjustment of the desulfurization effect,there are some defects in the automatic adaptation ability.In view of the defects of the tail gas desulphurization equipment in the sulfuric acid production based on the high gravity technology used in the unit,based on the PID controller,the dynamic desulfurization method of the super gravity desulfurization equipment is studied in this paper,The corresponding improvement of the existing high gravity desulfurization equipment is carried out.The design of the PID controller for the equipment to further enhance the desulfurization effect.So it has very important guiding significance for the further upgrading of the tail gas treatment of sulfuric acid industry.
