This paper uses MBR module of Complex Thermally Induced Phase Separation(C-TIPS)to treatment municipal wastewater,it researched on the effect of long-term stable operation,the characteristic of membrane fouling,the rate of broken wires,mud uniformity of the membrane module,aeration,water quality,process optimization and energy optimization,etc,it provides theoretical basis for the design and operation of the project.Firstly,it studied membrane fiber performance of C-TIPS and module operation stability in municipal wastewater treatment,the membrane fiber of C-TIPS has the high membrane flux and strong membrane fiber,low rate of broken wire and good tensile,it can effectively guarantee the effluent water quality,the main influence factors of membrane module of C-TIPS mud includes tracheal road congestion,aeration mode and redundancy,when changed the aeration way to pulse aeration and interval time of 15 s,redundancy is 3 cm,increased the mud tank exposed tracheal road,membrane system runs stably,transmembrane pressure(TMP)increases slowly.Secondly,the test shows that membrane module of C-TIPS effluent water quality is stable,the COD has remained steady under 50mg/L,most of the TP monitoring data in 0.5-1mg/L,TN in 15mg/L,the turbidity remain below 0.2NTU,in general,in addition to the period of low temperature,the effluent water quality is better,and the detecting indexes reach the town sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002)A level of standards.Again,through to optimized the sludge concentration,residence time,membrane flux and packing density,the running time,it can get to know under the same condition,as the sludge concentration increased,membrane fouling is increasing;Running the same time,with the increase of sludge concentration,transmembrane pressure increase faster,with the increase of membrane flux and membrane pool residence time decreases,membrane fouling rate accelerated;and with the increase of flux,the TMP is becoming more and more big,with the greater packing density and the shorter membrane pool retention time,the TMP increases greater,the membrane system of membrane fouling is more serious,based on MBR system CEB cleaning operation optimization parameters shows that the NaClO dosing is 1300mg/L,dosing time is 0.5h,membrane system can obtain better recovery.Finally,it is optimized energy consumption of membrane module of C-TIPS,compare with the traditional wet membrane,it were analyzed,energy consumption of tons of water with wet membrane module is 0.4-0.6kW·h/m~3,the tons of water consumption with membrane module of C-TIPS is 0.2-0.3kW·h/m~3,adopted double membrane frame and pulse aeration,energy consumption of MBR system reduced by 50% compare with wet membrane.
