This paper is based on the continuous membrane filtration(CMF)engineering of TEDA sewage plant.It optimized pretreatment technology before CMF in different seasons.In water quality fluctuation situation,it researched the influences on membrane system and further optimized membrane cleaning;Transmembrane pressure and making water time effect on the running energy consumption,compare domestic membrane and imported membrane,it provides ultrafiltration technical support for future expansion in the reclaimed water project.First,change the pretreatment of CMF process to the water of SBR,the feed water pressure of membrane system and transmembrane pressure are slow growth,membrane system run more stable.It is mainly due to low temperature in winter,it has little difference about SBR effluent suspended solids and coagulation sedimentation pool suspended solids concentrations in the water,and there is no molysite flocculant on the membrane system,direct filtration SBR pool water further can slow the membrane fouling.In winter cold periods,CMF direct filtration the water of SBR pool,ultrafiltration water production SDI basically stable between 1.5 and 2.5,satisfy the requirement of the reverse osmosis water;Ultrafiltration production water quality is stable,it is superior to reclaimed water flushing water and reclaimed water used in industrial cooling water standard.Secondly,the summer high temperature phase,the feed water pressure of membrane system is growing rapidly,analyze its original water containing trace amounts of iron.About fluctuations in raw water quality,to optimize the chemical cleaning and restorative cleaning with sodium hypochlorite and citric acid cleaning compound medicament,through the energy spectrum and scanning electron microscopy(sem)shows that restorative cleaning effect is remarkable,the membrane surface without impurities.Maintenance cleaning with sodium hypochlorite and citric acid used interchangeably,after every two weeks to use sodium hypochlorite to use in a citric acid cleaning.Using the optimized scheme of chemical cleaning,feed water pressure increase flat membrane system membrane system,within a month of operation time,feed water pressure increased by 15 kPa,a day on average growth of 0.5 kPa.Time again,by investigating the water inflow pressure effect on the membrane system operation energy consumption,appropriate to extend the time of making water can reduce energy consumption,increase the water recovery system;Membrane system operation energy consumption with the increase of feed water pressure increase significantly,in the process of practical application should properly control the growth of the feed water pressure.Finally,compare the domestic membrane and imported membrane the investment operation cost of membrane and membrane equipment,compared with imported membrane,the membrane system equipment,basic quite domestic and imported membranes;Domestic membrane has significant advantage in investment operation cost,in the later with imported membrane in the process of competition,domestic membrane has very big potential.
