With the deterioration of the environment and the shortage of petrochemical resources,researches about soybean oil as the representative of the degradable and renewable resources have attracted more attention of researchers,especially the application of soybean oil products in practice is a difficult challenges.In this paper,soybean oil-based polyols were prepared by using soybean oil as raw material,and soybean oil-based polyurethane acrylate resin was further synthesized.A series of UV-cured films were prepared by UV technology and their comprehensive properties were studied.This paper starts from three parts,In the first part,soybean oil-based aliphatic acid polyols were obtained by glycerolysis reaction of soybean oil.The synthesized soybean oil-based aliphatic acid polyols were characterized by fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and NMR-H spectrum(~1HNMR).The hydroxyl value of the synthesized soybean oil-based aliphatic acid polyols was determined by the phthalic anhydride esterification method.The influences of the ratio of reactant,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the yield were discussed.The second part is about the synthesis of soybean oil-based polyurethane acrylate resin by using soybean oil-based aliphatic acid polyols,toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and hydroxyethyl acrylate as raw materials.1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone as photoinitiator and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate as reactive diluent were added to the resin,then cured by UV light.Characterize the soybean oil-based polyurethane acrylate resin by fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),the performance of UV-cured films were studied by stress-strain testing,thermal gravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),gel content,water absorption and pencil hardness.The effects of the ratio of isocyanate to hydroxyl groups on the properties of UV-cured films were investigated.The third part is to obtain the epoxy soybean oil acrylate resin that was modified by polyurethane by using isophorone diisocyanate,hydroxyl ethyl acrylate and epoxidized soybean oil polyols which was synthesized by reacting epoxidized soybean oil with acetic acid.1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone as photoinitiator and1,6-hexanediol diacrylate as reactive diluent were added to the resin,then cured by UV light.Characterize the epoxidized soybean oil polyurethane acrylate resin by fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and NMR-H spectrum(~1HNMR).the performance of UV-cured films were studied by stress-strain testing,thermal gravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),gel content,water absorption and pencil hardness.The effects of different epoxy value on the properties of UV-cured films were investigated.
