Oil sleeve annulus pressure sand hydraulic fracturing technology and traditional jet fracturing technology has many advantages than,but because of the annulus fracturing process will break tubing and packer fracturing string creep may directly affect the accurate positioning,tubing perforation and fracturing process;at the same time,the strong ground vibration of pipeline the ground pipeline life is greatly reduced.These problems limit the casing fracturing technology further application,so it is necessary to study the casing fracturing of bottom hole pressure calculation and analysis of mechanical pipe column,provide the necessary guidance and application technology for oil casing.According to the purpose of the study,there are 3 parts in this paper.The first part: establishment of vertical and horizontal well casing fracturing vertical well fracturing string packer and horizontal well fracturing calculation model of creep displacement column tube,on the basis of the casing fracturing pipe string of vertical well tubing and coiled tubing in horizontal wells stress and deformation calculation,and puts forward ensure the packer without displacement tubing critical injection movement;the second part is the establishment of the ground fracturing pipeline limit velocity and allowable displacement model,the fracturing surface flow displacement adaptability analysis;third part: Calculation and analysis,guide the field test of 6 wells,6 wells on site safety,coincidence rate 100%.The key technology to solve the problem of restricting the tubing annulus pressure sand fracturing technology,analysis of casing fracturing process string stress state,the establishment of the annulus fracturing process of packer creep displacement calculation model,and put forward the guarantee of packer without displacement tubing critical injection movement,to ensure the accuracy of fracturing the horizon and fracturing depth,to ensure the safety of the column in the construction process;By establishing the limit flow velocity and allowable displacement model of ground fracturing pipeline,the limit flow velocity and allowable displacement of the fractured pipeline under different conditions are calculated,thus prolonging the service life of the pipeline.
