Study On Lifting Technology And Oil Displacement Technology For Ultra Deep Heavy Oil Well

Lukeqin oilfield is the ultra deep heavy oil field in the Turpan Hami basin northern Tainan sag of Turpan depression in Lukeqin structure found in 1996.Oil type is the block edge and bottom water heavy oil reservoirs.Because of the deeply buried reservoirs(-2300 m ~-3700m),high viscosity(surface viscosity of crude oil can reach 9569 ~25570m Pa.s,oil viscosity is 154-526 mPa.s),unconsolidated sand reservoir,the development of technology is not ripe experience.In the process of development,how to lift the heavy oil from the bottom of the well to the ground is a big problem for development technicians.At the beginning of 1997,it has launched the annular injection oil sucker rod pump,hydraulic piston pump,injection pump,heating pump heating rod pump oil,hollow rod mixing light oil rod pumping tests.But only heating sucker rod pump heating pump and the hollow rod oil blending oil sucker rod pump would lift the oil to the ground.It also can realise the continuous production of oil well.Through economic evaluation,it is a more economical and effective lifting method to produce heavy oil with sucker rod pump.As a mature technology in the field of applied,since then,opened the prelude to Lukeqin oilfield productivity construction.
