With the development of oil fields in our country deeply,low grade unconventional sandstone oilfield development in an increasingly large proportion,the reservoir physical property is poor,the original formation pressure is low,the natural production of single well is very low,difficult development,high cost,stable production difficulties,has failed to achieve the effective use of storage capacity and upgrade.Niujuanhu oilfield of Xishanyao reservoir belongs to low pressure,low permeability and low mobility of the "three low" sandstone reservoir,three Santanghu basin first put into the scale of the development of reservoir,the main reservoir of Santanghu basin is currently three production.At the initial stage of development,the development of investment idea in Niujuanhu oilfield of Xishanyao reservoir has taken advanced water injection to increase the formation pressure,early water injection intensity is too large,resulting in low yield oil wells liquid high water ratio is high;the axial channel of advancing fast,lateral wells and low fluid volume,the flow direction is obvious;the formation pressure distribution is not balanced and along the sand distribution main upward to establish effective pressure displacement,and the lateral cannot establish effective displacement pressure system.The geological characteristics of this paper systematically studies the Niujuanhu oilfield,and the implementation of Niujuanhu oilfield development by water flooding,the production characteristics are analyzed,that the reservoir water drive have been improved obviously with the status,natural decline and water cut rising rate has been effectively controlled,the formation pressure remained stable,the producing degree of profile is certain to improve,but the development of profile is uneven,large water absorption difference between layers,oil absorbent high proportion of dry layer is not completely solved.The main reason for poor development result is that the injection production well spacing is too large,the water flooding control degree is low,and the single well control reserves are low.In order to effectively improve the development status of block,block increase single well production,development and management,starting from the fine reservoir in Niujuanhu oilfield.The fine reservoir description,the residual oil distribution,while the remaining oil enrichment area,puts forward the principle of well network encryption adjustment and transformation of development mode,and formulate the corresponding development plan.Through the implementation of the four aspects of the scene,the fine water injection well pattern,increase oil production and the development of horizontal well development adjustment technology,reservoir development effect has been significantly improved,which has a certain guiding significance for the development of similar reservoirs.
