Phthalate acid esters(PAEs),also known as phthalate esters or "plasticizer",are widely used in the production of a huge number of products such as agricultural plastic film,toys,food packaging,cleansers,and personal care products,due to its excellent performance and low cost.As PAEs is weakly bonded to the plastic matrix by hydrogen bond and van der Waals force,it is easily detached and diffused into the air,water soil and even food,become a common pollutant in the environment.PAEs is an environmental endocrine disruptor,containing estrogenic active ingredients,disturbing endocrine systems,causing oxidative damage and genetic toxicity to organism.The facilities agriculture development degree of has become an important indicator of the degree of agricultural modernization in a country,with the modernization of agriculture,China’s facilities agricultural area is increasing.As a major source of pollution of PAEs,the use of agricultural film is also growing.Therefore,this project optimized and established the residual analysis method of PAEs in soil,and used it testing typical facilities cultivation soil samples in Shouguang City and Fangcun Town.Investigation and analysis of the pollution situation of main PAEa in agricultural soils.It has great significance for evaluating its environmental risks and ecological security,as well as the future treatment of PAEs contaminated soil.The main findings are as follows:(1)The residual analysis method of six PAEs in soilThe instrument detection method of GC-MS: The chromatographic conditions of temperature programmed process is that first at 50 ℃ for 1 min,then raised at 30 ℃·min-1 to 200 ℃ for 1 min,and then raised at 8 ℃·min-1 to 280 ℃ for 3 min.The ion source is the EI source,transmission line temperature and ion source temperature at 300 ℃,and the carrier gas is high purity helium(99.999%),splitless injection,the flow rate is 1.2 mL·min-1.Under these conditions,the standard curve line correlation coefficients “r”of the six PAEs are more than 0.999,the detection limit of the instrument is reached 10-14 g,meet the quantitative analysis requirements.The method of extraction and purification of six PAEs in soil: firstly,a mixed solvent of acetone and n-hexane was added to the soil samples,after the vortex-standing-shock,treated with ultrasound,then centrifuging,the supernatant was filtered and evaporated in a flat-bottomed flask,finally constanted the volume and detected with GC-MS.The recovery of six PAEs preprocessing method is between 80.78% and 112.89%,the coefficient of variation is between 0.11% and 9.77%,and the method of detection limit is reached 10-4 mg·kg-1,meet the requirements of residual analysis.(2)Therre are different content of PAEs detected in Shouguang City and Fangcun Town agricultural soil.DEP,DBP,BBP,DEHP and DOP five kinds of PAEs detected in the soil of Shouguang City,and the ΣPAEs content ranged from 136.91 to 1006.74 μg·kg-1,the average content is 332.08 μg·kg-1.DBP,BBP,DEHP and DOP four kinds of PAEs detected in the soil of Fangcun Town,and the ΣPAEs content ranged from 350.11 to 767.10 μg·kg-1,the average content is 497.64 μg·kg-1.In general,the pollution of PAEs in Fangcun Town agricultural soils is higher than that in Shouguang City.The DBP and DEHP are higher in six PAEs in both places,the highest content of DBP up to 276.07 μg·kg-1 in Shouguang City soil,and 166.31 μg·kg-1 in Fangcun Town soil,which is 3.4 and 2.1 times of the EPA soil control standard.The highest content of DEHP up to 886.88 μg·kg-1 in Shouguang City soil,and 564.02 μg·kg-1 in Fangcun Town soil,did not exceed EPA soil control standards.(3)With the increase of planting years,the trend of PAEs content is same in Shouguang City and Fangcun Town facilities agriculture soil.PAEs in the facilities agriculture soil reached the highest value in about 20 planting years.The content of PAEs showed a trend of growth in the soil which less than 20 years of planting.The content of PAEs decreased,and tends to be stable in the soil which more than 20 years of planting.(4)The correlation analysis results of PAEs content and soil physical and chemical properties is same in Shouguang City and Fangcun Town facilities agriculture soil.There is a significant negative correlation between pH and DBP content,DEHP content,ΣPAEs content,may be related to the fact that pH can alter the adsorption of hydrophobic organic compounds such as PAEs in the soil.There is a significant positive correlation between soil organic matter content and DBP content,DEHP content,ΣPAEs content,may be associated with large molecular weight PAEs that are readily associated with insoluble organic carbon in the soil.
