Graphene is a popular adsorption material in recent years,but it is difficult to collect and separate after absorbing pollutants from the water,so it's easy to cause re-pollution.The three-dimensional graphene has a larger specific surface area,porous structure,so the advantage is more significant.Nano zero valent iron(nZVI)is also a kind of heat absorbing material,but it is easy to agglomerate and be oxidized.In this paper,they combine their advantages and disadvantages,to explore the preparation method of 3DGA,its properties characterized,and the three-dimensional graphene-nano zero valent iron(3DGA-nZVI)preparation research,characterization,also to analys the adsorption properties of the composite materials to methyl orange and trichloro ethylene(TCE).The adsorption experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of different adsorption conditions,and the adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption models were used to describe the adsorption process.Through the analysis of the experiment,the following conclusions are obtained:Firstly,the 3DGA which has been gotten after oxidation reduction method and freeze drying tested by SEM,FT-IR,Raman,XRD and BET proved that the oxygen-containing functional groups of graphene oxide materials in most was removed,the prepared material had a new internal three-dimensional porous structure,large surface area and strong adsorption capacity.The surface area of the obtained graphene was 65.34 m2/g and the pore size was about 3.939 nm.And it was lipophilic and hydrophobic.The 3DGA-nZVI composite materials prepared by liquid phase reduction was tested the characterization by SEM,FT-IR,Raman,XRD.The composite material as high purity powder was similar small particles and still have three dimensional structure.The results proved that nZVI was also successfully loaded on the 3DGA,which has good magnetic properties.Then the adsorption experiment of 3DGA-nZVI composite materials to methyl orange,can come to the conclusion that it reached the adsorption equilibrium at about 135 min,the optimum adsorption of pH was 2.0.07 g composite material was put to 100 ml 10mg/L methyl orange solution,the removal rate reached more than 89%.And,adsorption at 25 ? will be better.The adsorption process accords with the pseudo first order kinetic adsorption and accords with the Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.Finally in the adsorption experiment of 3DGA-nZVI adsorpting TCE,we can see the optimum pH value was 8,the reaction time of 30 min can achieve a better balance.In the solution of TCE(25mL,10mg/L),0.015 g material put to it can reach more than 91% removal.And at a temperature of 25 ? is most conducive to the adsorption and degradation reaction.At the same time,the adsorption process was combined with quasi two order kinetic adsorption and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.
