Iron and steel enterprises are high energy consumption,but also large amount of pollution discharge.With the rapid development of China's iron and steel enterprises in last 20 years,environmental pollution,low energy efficiency,excess capacity and many other issues coming up,iron and steel enterprises are facing severe challenges.Improving the utilization of secondary energy,reducing energy costs and the gas loss such as gas,steam,it is one of the effective methods to make out of trouble for iron and steel enterprise,but also in line with national energy-saving and emission reduction,and circular economy policy requirement.In the actual scheduling,the dispatchers can not consider all aspects of the scheduling,need to use some scheduling methods to solve the problem.Scheduling depends on the forecast data,among the many influencing factors of energy forecasting,large devices downtime,failure and other working conditions have a great influence on energy system.Therefore,this paper will use the devices condition as the entry point of energy forecasting and energy scheduling problem,analysis and research the influence of multiple abnormal condition on the change of energy production and consumption.And then carry out the optimal scheduling of energy in the various periods of the abnormal condition and the peak-flat-valley period,and on the promise of ensuring the safety of production,making the optimal allocation of energy,and optimal benefit.This paper focuses on the research and implementation of gas-steam-electricity coupling scheduling system in an iron and steel enterprise.It mainly studies the energy scheduling problems under the multiple condition of devices.The main work is as followings:1.The paper analyzes the imbalance of gas,steam and electricity in multi-working conditions,and predicts the change of energy production and consumption of energy medium through the abnormal condition information;2.Taking a certain iron and steel enterprise as the research object,analyzes the characteristics of the energy system and production status,establish an energy scheduling model.The scheduling model is a coupled mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the cost and optimizing the efficiency,and determine the relevant constraint conditions according to the characteristics of the scheduling unit,and verifies the accuracy and validity of the model by some case;3.Energy scheduling module design and implementation.This paper illustrates the module structure,module function and implementation,and puts forward some improvement in terms of usability,practicality,etc,facilitate the use of the dispatcher and enhance the user experience.The results show that scheduling model can be optimized the scheduling according to the time of occurrence of the abnormal working conditions and the peak-flat-valley period of the electricity.According to analyzing the scheduling results,the model can reduce gas dispersion,maintain the supply of steam,increase power generation efficiency,scheduling schema meets the requirements of the actual scheduling process and safety production,and achieves good effect in field applications.
