With the development of modern information technology,and the integration of system improvement,the requirements of capacitors are also rising.In order to enhance the storage capacity of capacitors,high dielectric materials has become the focus of the semiconductor industry research.As the high-dielectric organic polymer materials have a small quality and they are suitable to processe into a film,so they attract the attention of many researchers.The dielectric constant of common pure organic polymer is generally low,usually only reached 1.8-6,so this pure organic polymer is usually used as an insulator material.However,in recent years,researchers have discovered a number of organic polymers that are electrically active,especially those with high dielectric constants or good conductive energy.These organic polymers will be applied in capacitor.Polyacene quinine radical polymer(PAQR)has the advantages of high dielectric constant and good thermal stability,which attracts the attention of many scholars.In this paper,Four types of polyacene quinone radical(PAQR)polymers were synthesized by the step-growth polymerization of naphthalene,anthracene,anthraquinone or pyrene reacting with pyromellitic dianhydride via solution polymerization under a temperature gradient.1.Through the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction,The Aq-PAQR polymer was synthesized by solvothermal reaction at 180 ?,200 ?,220 ?,240 ? and 260 ?,respectively.Two different solvents were used,one was cyclohexane and one was nitrobenzene,and the dielectric properties of the two polymers were tested.At the frequency of 1kHz,The dielectric constant of the polymer synthesized with nitrobenzene at 240? reachs a maximum of 20.55,the corresponding dielectric loss of 1.02;and The dielectric constant of the polymer synthesized with cyclohexane at 180 ? reachs a maximum of 12.70,the corresponding dielectric loss of 0.046.2.Through the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction,the An-PAQR polymer was synthesized by solvothermal reaction at different temperatures.The thermal and dielectric properties of the polymer were measured.The thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer was about 350?.At the frequency of 1kHz,the dielectric constant of the polymer synthesized at 240? has the highest,reaching 14.68,the corresponding dielectric loss of 0.3.3.Through the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction,the Na-PAQR polymer was synthesized by solvothermal reaction at different temperatures.The thermal and dielectric properties of the polymer were measured.The thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer was about 350? At the frequency of 1kHz,The dielectric constant of the polymer synthesized at 260? has the highest,reaching 10.07,the corresponding dielectric loss of 1.33.4.Through the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction,the Py-PAQR polymer was synthesized by solvothermal reaction at a temperature gradient.The thermal and dielectric properties of the polymer were measured.The thermal decomposition temperature of the polymer was about 350?,At the frequency of 1kHz,the dielectric constant of the polymer synthesized at 180? has the highest,reaching 18.81,the corresponding dielectric loss of 0.89.
