| With reserves of crude oil decreasing and price increasing,research of finding other form energies have been carried out.Oil-sands consist of bitumen and other solid,which have attracted researchers’ attention.Hot Water Extraction Process has been used in industry technology.Other technologies including ionic liquid,biological method,thermal cracking,and solvents extraction methods were also researching now.However,the HWEP method consumes lots of water and energy.Furthermore the waste water consisting of residual asphalt,salts,metal ions have seriously polluted the environment.Others technologies has potential value to researching.The contents of research like follows.(1)Bitumen spheres were prepared to use as model of oil-sands.By controlling operating variables such as experiment conditions,proportions of drugs,the optimal conditions has been found.Modified bitumen has a soft point which is 80.4 degree,at this temperature water can be used as heating medium.Surface smooth of bitumen spheres was prepared at stir velocity 1200 rpm,heating time 40 min conditions.Average diameter of bitumen spheres is 1323μm.(2)During extraction kinetics research process,several kinds of organic solvent were selected to study the extraction kinetics which including first-order pseudo kinetics and second–order pseudo kinetics.Considering performance of first-order pseudo kinetics,a new model function was modified on the base of first-order pseudo kinetics.Effect of interfacial of mass transfer was introduced into new model function.Research founding light petroleum,dichloromethane at volume proportion of 1:3 has a faster extraction rate and coefficient of mass transfer is 5.492×10-2 m˙s-1.The aim of this study is to simulate extraction process of oil-sands,also dissolution rate were monitored.In addition,coefficients of mass transfer for different solvents in ameliorated function were determined respectively. |
