Coal chemical industry,petrochemical plants,pharmaceutical factory,phenol and phenolic resin production plants can produce large amounts of wastewater containing phenol which is highly toxic,difficult to degrade and other shortcomings.At the same time,the wastewater still has a serious impact on water source and aquatic organisms,and toxicity of phenol can greatly inhibits the growth of microorganisms and affects the ecological balance of the water.Now the methods to treat phenolic wastewater are adsorption,extraction,oxidation,biological treatment,the catalysts used in the process are difficult to achieve almost the purposes of stability,reliability and security.Based on the characteristics of amorphous alloy catalysts,as well as the current status of phenolic wastewater treatment,it is necessary to develop Ni-based,Co-based and Fe-based amorphous alloys with a high activity and stability,in order to solve the above problems,achieve environmental and social benefits.In this paper,under ultrasonic condition Ni-Mo-P amorphous alloy catalyst and CO-Fe-B amorphous structure were prepared and analyzed,Fe-Al-P-O amorphous alloy catalyst was prepared by Sol-gel,which were all characterized with X-ray diffraction,and distribution test(BET),thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),temperature programmed reduction(TPR),temperature programmed desorption(TPD),and photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).This article discussed the affects that the ultrasound and mixed material left on the amorphous catalyst structure,thermal stability,surface area and pore size distribution,reduction affect performance,the hydrogen storage properties and morphology.This paper studied the influences that Ni-Mo-P amorphous alloy catalyst,CO-Fe-B amorphous alloy catalyst and Fe-Al-PO amorphous alloy catalyst prepared under different conditions left on the simulation of catalytic degradation of phenol waste water,and explored the amount of amorphous alloy catalysts,different catalytic time.The results show that:(1)the ultrasound would had an impact on the structure of Ni-Mo-P alloy catalysts,and in the conditions of ultrasonic 25 min,ultrasonic power 70 W,the specific surface area of the catalyst had reached 333.8m2 / g.Using this catalyst 3g,under the conditions of catalytic time 120 min,the catalytic temperature 100 ?,extraction rate reached 96.65% for phenol;(2)Fe content and the high temperature treatment would had an impact on structure of CO-Fe-B alloy catalyst.With the increasing of Fe content the electron binding energy of Co moved positively.Under the condition of Fe/CO mass ratio 0.2,the temperature of 773 k,the CO-Fe-B amorphous alloy catalyst is prepared better.Using above alloy catalyst 3g,under the conditions of the contact time 200 min,catalysis temperature 100 ?,the removal rate reached 87.99% for phenol;(3)Morphology of Fe-Al-PO amorphous alloy catalysts prepared under the conditions of 560 ? was only mixed between FePO4 and AlPO4,and did not produce a new phase.Using Fe-Al-PO amorphous alloy prepared under the condition of 560 ? as catalyst for 3g,under the conditions of catalytic time 100 min,catalytic temperature 100 ?,the extraction ratio reached 57.12% for phenol.
