In recent years,the gas in the middle and shallow strata of exploration and development has entered the later period,capacity attenuation year by year,to maintain a steady development,must expand exploration areas,searching for new reserves.This is the deep,wide,the direction of development,development of horizontal Wells is imperative.Gas stone in a box,shanxi formation contains a lot of oil shale,carbonaceous mudstone,hard brittle shale,borehole wall instability and the lower sandstone fracture development,drilling fluid must be leak proof and plugging property,high sealing ability of collapse of drilling fluid system.To meet the requirements of discovery,reservoir protection,to make sure the drilling construction smoothly,the horizontal well drilling technology has a higher request,the drilling fluid is to improve the gas drilling horizontal well in a horizontal one of the key technologies.This article has summarized the gas geological characteristics,in aiming at frequent in horizontal well drilling process of sidewall instability,hole cleaning,lost circulation and tripping difficult,blowout,sticking and other downhole complicated conditions,and hole cleaning,lubrication,hydrocarbon reservoir protection preventing drilling construction problems.According to the drilling site successful construction experience combination of laboratory test results,the optimization of drilling fluid formula and the construction plan,improve the drilling fluid of preventing collapse,leakproof,lubrication card,such as performance,improve the open hole completion production,effectively remove cuttings,beneficial to environment and reservoir protection,in order to satisfy drilling safely and quickly.Thus shortening drilling cycle,reducing drilling cost,achieve the goal of improving drilling efficiency.
