High oil content has a great impact on the safe and stable operation of the crude oil stabilizer,which has been a technical problem that has not been solved for many years.Combined with the characteristics of the crude oil stabilizer of the branch and the status of the control system,the development of a system for the mold control system of the crude oil stabilizer of the branch company,the preparation of a set of moldless software to achieve the high water content in the case,,So that high water content of crude oil into the device,while automatically open the station within the circulation valve,the device within the crude oil station to run,to maintain operation.When the oil production plant to less oil,the automatic opening of the station within the valve,the device part of the crude oil within the station cycle.Improve the degree of automation of crude oil stabilization device,reduce the oil to high water and oil to the oil plant to bring less impact on the safe and stable operation of the device is of great significance.Oil supply is an important reference variable,the control system wants to work must introduce this parameter.But it is important to note that the water content on the oil line and the water content on the oil line from the buffer tank are not linearly related.High water to oil are instantaneous state is not normal,into the buffer tank,the stock of high water content will be diluted,but there is no accurate rules to follow,can not establish a control model.The original stability of the device involves more variables such as buffer tank level,the original stable tower level,steady flow before the pump,steady flow pump,moisture content,these variables coupled together,the general control system such as single loop,cascade,feed forward It is difficult to be competent,so the need for the development of crude oil stabilizer for the branch-controlled technology system architecture.In this paper,a modal controller is designed for this problem,and the fuzzy rule is constructed,which can control the closing degree of the oil valve well.
