Propylene oxide reacts with ammonia to form isopropanolamine(include MIPA,DIPA and TIPA)in catalyst.Isopropanolamine as a kind of alcohol amine substance can be used for oil in addition to sulfur additive,surface active agent,emulsifier,etc,and it will not cause secondary pollution,better performance relative to other alcohol amine substance(ethanol amine).Related literature at home and abroad are very few,and they both used solid acid as catalysts at high pressure liquid phase reaction.Therefore,this article break new ground to use fixed bed,under the normal pressure,choicing hydrotalcite and zeolite as catalytic to compound isopropanolamine,at the same time to search for the optimal catalytic process.(1)Designing of gas-solid heterogeneous catalytic device,selecting tubular reactor as a heterogeneous catalytic sites.The products will be passed into gas chromatography on-line monitoring intake chromatography after the completion of the reaction.And we will use GC-MS as qualitative characterization.(2)This article preparaed different magnesium-aluminum proportion of hydrotalcite using urea and colloid mill method and characterized this hydrotalcite by XRD,SEM,XRF.The results show that the hydrotalcite preparaed is a typical lamellar structure.Respectively using the hydrotalcite serve as ring opening catalyst of epoxy propane,and optimize the reaction conditions.Results show that the hydrotalcite can be used as ring opening catalytic of epoxy propane.Hydrotalcite prepared with urea showed higher activity than hydrotalcite prepared by colloid membrane and the optimal reaction conditions as follows : proportion of magnesium aluminum is 3:1,the temperature is 120-140 ?,the proportion of ammonia and propylene oxid is 6:1-9:1,residence time is 25 s,under this condition,epoxy propane conversion rate is 45.74-47.01%,selectivity of MIPA,DIPA,TIPA is respectively 8.33-8.73%,58.34 59.15%,31.52-31.86%.(3)Y,H-Y,H-MOR,natural mordenite have been studied as catalysts in reaction,the results show that acid-modified zeolite putted up higher activity than that without modified.And these two kinds of zeolites showed highest selectivity of MIPA compared with DIPA and TIPA.H-MOR zeolite is relatively better for specially producting MIPA.This article takes H-MOR as catalytic to put out single factor experiment and we get the optimum conditions: the temperature is 160-200 ?,the proportion of ammonia and propylene oxid is 12:1-15:1.Under the condition of the above,the epoxy propane conversion rate is 34.74-36.51%,Selectivity of MIPA,DIPA,TIPA is respectively 85.19-85.33%,7.04-8.48% 3.12-4.24%.Comparing this two kinds of catalysts,H-MOR catalyst is more suitable for the production of MIPA,hydrotalcite is suitable for DIPA and TIPA production process at the same time.
