Mechanical plating technology originated in Europe a nd the United States,is a clean,environmentall y friendl y,technologicall y advanced anti-corrosion technology,is widel y used in the actual production.With the development of science and technology,mechanical plating has been developed from the initial single mechanical galvanizing to the current mechanical plating of multiple metals and the mechanical plating of alloy.In this paper,on the basis of wet ultrasonic mechanical zinc plating technology,mechanical plating of zinc-aluminum-rare earth was prepared and studied.By simulating the adsorption and deposition of zinc,aluminum and rare earth,the addition method and addition amount of rare earth were determined.Adding way is to join with zinc aluminum powder several times,the amount of 1% can be obtained an excellent coating.The preparation process of the coating was developed according to the simulated adsorption deposition.The properties of the coating were anal yzed by the morphology of the coating,the porosit y of the coating,the bonding strength and the corrosion test.The results show that the alloy coating with rare earth and aluminum powder is brighter than that of pure wet mechanical plating Zn layer,which is caused by the addition of aluminum powder,and the coating is more bright.Wet ultrasonic mechanical plating Zn-Al-RE coating is the most smooth and smooth in the three kinds of coatings,which is caused by the microalloying of rare earth,making the common deposition of zinc and aluminum.The surface of the coating has good continui t y of coverage,and the surface of the coating layer is formed by the superposition of a pluralit y of flat structures which are covered on the surface of the workpiece.With the addition of rare earth,the surface activation of zinc powder and aluminum pow der is enhanced,which makes the algae become more refined,and the metal powder is deposited on the surface of the substrate in the form of surface deposition,and the obtained coating has better compactness.It can be seen from the corrosion experiments that rare earth and aluminum elements improve the corrosion mechanism of the coating,the oxide film in the coating can protect the coating from corrosive medium erosion,and the results show that the addition of rare earth element or aluminum element to t he ultrasonic mechanical plating can obtain the high qualit y coating.The effect of alloyi ng elements on the properties of the coating was anal yzed,adding aluminum powder makes the surface of the coating have dense oxide film,it plays a protective role o n the substrate and improves the corrosion resistance of the coating;Rare earth zinc powder was added to make the algae flat contiguous deposition,and makes the aluminum content increased;Tin as a leading metal,in the formation of the coating process t o play the role of chemical adsorption,so that the metal powder can be clustered,can be deposited on the substrate.The addition of magnetized water reduces the surface tension,At the same time,it can make the surface tension at a relativel y low value even if the concentration of the surfactant is not in the CMC value,so that the wetting effect and dispersion effect of the active agent can reach an optimum value.So that the m etal powder in the plating solution can be better adsorbed on the surface of the substrate to form a coating.
