In this work,a phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant was synthesized using parabromoaniline,lauryl amine and 2-naphthylamine as materials via Michael addition and amidation reactions.The chemical structure was characterized by1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR),13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(13C NMR)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).And the micro process in polyethylene on materials were investigated by research of migration and compatibility.Moreover the applicable properties on materials were evaluated.The research of the micro process in polyethylene indicated that the migration inhibitor was bad in cyclohexane at 50?.And the migration depended on solubility of antioxidant in the solvent.However the effect of concentration and temperature on compatibility is little.The applicable properties were evaluated by the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)assay,oxidation induction time(OIT),mechanical property and thermo-oxidative stabilization.phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant could improve mechanical property and processability of polyethylene.At same time,the OIT of polyethylene containing phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant was 157.53 min,which indicated that phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant had excellent stabilizing efficiency.
