In the process of storage and transportation of steel materials,due to the contacting with the moisture,oxygen and other corrosive medium in the air,there will rust corrosion reaction happened.According to statistics,the economic loss caused by corrosion problems accounted for about 4% of GDP in our country every year.For example,in2015 GDP of China was 67.6708 trillion,but 2.7068 trillion was in loss caused by corrosion problem,so the metal material corrosion and protection technology was a profound and deserving research.Water-based anti-rust liquid is added corrosion inhibitor to water,through it,the surface of steel will form a layer of protective film,to prevent the substrate in the contact with the corrosive medium,so as to slow down the corrosion phenomena.This experiment mainly studies the performance of main corrosion inhibitor,auxiliary corrosion inhibitor and additives in the anti-rust liquid,the formula can be concluded: Anthranilic acid is 1.7 g/L,Sebacic acid is 1.4 g/L,Cinnamic acid is 1.2g/L,W is 15 ml/L,the urea is 6 g/L,additive A is 1.5 g/L,1ml/L OP-10,1ml/L Defoaming agent,1ml/L EDTA.At the same time,the treatment process of anti-rust liquid for the steel plate was studied,it could be found that the processing temperature of 50 ?,the processing time of 2 min was best.To study the performance of the anti-rust liquid,the experiment compared it with a kind widely-used anti-rust liquid on the corrosion resistance.Hot rolled steel plate through the treatment of the anti-rust liquid,the corrosion time in 3.5% salt water was171 minutes,and anti-rust liquid widely used in the market was 154 minutes.During Hot and Humid Test of 168 hours,corrosion area on the surface of the steel plate was15% by the treatment of the anti-rust liquid,and the market-used anti-rust liquid corrosion area was above 20%;The result of electro-chemical testing showed,compared the experimental formula with market-used anti-rust liquid,the corrosion potential increased from-0.7444 V to-0.6970 V,added by 0.0474 V.The corrosion current density reduced from 3.668×10-5 A/cm2 to 1.479×10-5 A/cm2,,the impedance values increased from 1824 to 18251?;It can be seen that the corrosion resistance of the anti-rust liquid was stronger than the anti-rust liquid used in the market.The anti-rust liquid has ideal rust resistance for the hot rolled steel plate and cold rolled steel.In addition,the loss and property experiments of anti-rust fluid was studied,when the original corrosion inhibitor was exhausted to half,the anti-rust liquid still has good performance,but continued exhausting to a quarter,the corrosion resistance would become weak.Finally,the anti-rust liquid was used in the descaling process of 1000 ? and400 ?,which was an important production process of hot rolled plate,the results showed that when using the anti-rust liquid for descaling,surface status of the hot rolled plate was improved,at the same time,the corrosion resistance of hot rolled plate was enhanced.
