In the discovery of resources available for exploitation of limited resources, the demand is increasingly high, the more the lack of oil resources or even shortage.Based on the lack of oil resources, oil exploration and related mining technologies continue to develop in order to obtain more oil resources available, a large number of heavy oil discovery is one of the results of technical strengthening. The major areas of heavy oil resources currently found include Asia, North America, Canada and the United States (USA) and the European Front Soviet Union (USSR). China's heavy oil resources, especially in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Liaohe River and Shandong Shengli Oilfield and other places found large. Ordinary oil resources can be used in the general application of conventional mining technology, and for some special heavy oil resources need to take different from the conventional mining technology special measures. Heavy oil mining technology after years of continuous research and development progress in the original conventional mining technology on the basis of the expansion of a variety of special process measures. There are three main types of relatively common measures, one for the thermal oil recovery technology, the other for the chemical oil extraction technology, the third for the microbial oil recovery technology. In addition, in the actual process of oil production will often be integrated application of various types of oil extraction technology in order to achieve the successful exploitation of heavy oil resources. With the continuous innovation, development and application of heavy oil mining technology and process measures, the proportion of heavy oil in the total exploitation of petroleum resources has increased greatly. Because of the high underground viscosity of heavy oil crude oil, its formation fluidity and its low, in the exploitation of heavy oil when the use of thermal recovery technology to enhance its mobility, so as to achieve high efficiency, high-quality oil The Through the steam to steam stimulation or steam drive, through the horizontal wells for gravity drainage, through the fire layer to fire, etc. are part of the thermal oil production areas. Stratigraphic rocks and oil layers in the external heat under the heat, oil absorption heat after the temperature rise, the flow performance is strengthened, which is the principle of thermal oil production. The above methods of oil production in the practical application is still no small limitations, the more significant is the steam through the steam to be steamed when the mining can only be limited to the thickness of the oil layer, the deeper thickness of the oil layer can not be heated to be mined. At present, the world's thermal oil for heavy oil production technology and more use of steam to steam steam or steam drive way, these two methods is the main way to mining special heavy oil. In the process of heavy oil extraction, the method of injecting steam into the heat recovery process makes the oil recovery process not only high cost but also low oil efficiency and low oil production quality. At the same time, the use of chemical means to achieve the flow of oil to strengthen the technology more and more people pay attention. To heat recovery technology, chemical viscosity reduction technology, supplemented by heavy oil recovery efficiency. The effective exploitation of the surplus heavy oil is the subject of great research in recent years. Not satisfied with the conventional oil recovery technology and continue to seek to try to develop feasible new technology is to become the focus of research. The focus of this paper is to improve the recovery of heavy oil extraction by using the new heavy oil extraction technology - hydrothermal catalytic viscosity reduction technology. This paper first describes the performance of heavy oil and the main features, and then from the physical and chemical aspects of the way to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil. The physical and chemical aspects of the viscosity reduction method to make the relevant elaboration and research and explanation, combined with the practical application of comparative analysis to illustrate the practicality of the way. Various types of viscosity reduction method selected hot water displacement method for the focus of detailed description, and steam steaming and the difference. Finally, 25 ?, 45 ?, 65 ?, 85 ? four kinds of temperature as a numerical simulation experiment, to verify the temperature of the injected hot water viscosity reduction effect.
