When the tube is laid down in large displacement horizontal well,the friction between the tube and the borehole wall needs to be overcome,limit the tube horizontal well depth.Vibration tools can reduce the tube friction to a certain extent,but not sufficient basis for engineering applications.According to different cases,using numerical simulation method,analysis tube axial force transfer efficiency under lateral,axial,torsional and combination vibration source,unable to reach large displacement horizontal well tube down technology requirement.According to different cases,using numerical simulation method,analysis tube axial force transfer efficiency under lateral,axial,torsional and combination vibration source.The results show that the axial force improve under the single vibration the significantly vibration frequency is 1HZ,line displacement amplitude 3mm horizontal X vibration and angular displacement amplitude p/ 6 torsional vibration,which horizontal X vibration the maximum improve efficiency is 57.5%,torsional vibration the maximum improve efficiency is 64.5%.The best two kinds combination is axial plus torsional,the maximum improve efficiency is 74.0%.The best three kinds combination is horizontal X plus axial plus torsional,the maximum improve efficiency is 85.5%.Summary international vibration reduction tools,design the lateral vibration tool,the principle is to the turbine as a rotating power,driven by eccentric shaft lateral vibration.The design principle of the axial vibration tool is to rely on the pulse pressure generator to provide hydraulic power,drive vibration short reciprocating motion,the tool produces axial vibration.Torsional vibration tool design is divided into diversion unit and torsional vibration unit,the principle is to change the flow channel and the corresponding parts of the tool to achieve the torsional vibration.Provide technical support for the popularization and application of vibration reduction friction technology for large displacement horizontal well.
