In recent years,with the promotion of the national west east gas project and the north oil south project,long-distance oil pipeline has been widely used in oil and gas resources transmission,Due to some physical and chemical reactions,the problem of pipeline leakage becomes more and more serious,which restricts the normal operation of pipeline oil and gas.How to detect the relevant parameters of pipeline leakage for the first time is very important to maintain the normal operation of pipeline.The leak detection method is an effective method for pipeline,which has the advantages of high precision,high sensitivity,strong adaptability,low false alarm rate,simple operation and many other advantages,is the research focus of pipeline leakage detection technology in the.However,the acoustic leak detection technology today is only used in the initial stage,because of the limitation of signal judgment technology and processing methods,there is no source of leakage signal generated from the in-depth study on the signal parameters,only through the leakage signal band features,to predict the leakage,the accuracy is not high.This paper will deeply research on leakage acoustic signal generation mechanism and propagation attenuation method,using computer language to simulate the leakage location of liquid jet;the leakage acoustic signal in frequency domain,time domain and time-frequency processing,and then get to the main characteristics of leakage acoustic signal,study the effects of pressure on the aperture,and upgrade;high pressure gas pipeline leakage detection device,construction of acoustic data acquisition and processing system,complete the research on characteristics of acoustic propagation under laboratory conditions;construction of leakage acoustic propagation and attenuation model,the model was corrected using a simulation method and experiment in room acoustics software,finally established the leakage acoustic propagation model.Taking the model as the theoretical basis,application guide and optimize the acoustic leakage detection technology,the completion of the final transformation of research results.
