Research And Application Of Fast Drilling Technology Of Horizontal Well In Yonghe Gas Field

Yonghe Block,a gas pool that is hypotonic,lowporosity and low abundance.The main production formation is discovered lying at Shihezi Zu and Shanxi Zu.This paper shows horizongtal drilling techniques and theories.According to developing of horizontal drilling techniques characteristics and Yonghe Blook's geological structure,the paper analyses the applicability of horizongtal drilling technique in this area.We summarized and set down a series of drilling techniques,including well construction,BHA,the key drilling methods and drilling mud etc.To deal with the problems of horizontal well development and the technique difficulties in Yonghe gas field,researches have been done from aspectsof its casing,the trajectory profile design,track control,bore bit selection,drilling fluid system and drill combinatorial optimization and etc.The key technology for fast drilling horizongtal wells in Yonghe Blook has been found out and successfully tried out.
