The new line of Qingha oil pipeline mainly undertakes the transportation of mixed crude oil of Daqing and Russia.The pipeline is 199.73 km in length with a diameter of 377 * 6.3mm,with a central depth of 1.5m and an annual output of 200~300 tons.At present,because in the early operation of the production plan,the old line operation scheduling scheme of the new main basis,making the subjective experience of the dispatchers,but because the pipeline body structure change greatly,resulting in the plan is difficult to adapt to the new characteristics of pipeline,pipeline energy consumption increased dramatically.Therefore,it is necessary for the actual operation of the process characteristics of Qingha pipeline,optimize the operation scheme of the pipeline,thereby reducing energy consumption and reduce the operation cost of oil pipeline pipeline,the specific research work carried out:First of all,the basic physical parameters of the mixed crude oil of Daqing and Russia the pour point and viscosity have been tested,on this basis,the use of back calculation interpolation the total heat transfer coefficient of pipeline along the pipe in the different months determined by interpolation method,the relative error which can make the pipeline temperature drop calculation is reduced to less than 5%.According to the actual operation of the process of data pipeline,pipeline Re statistics,establish the pipeline hydraulic friction coefficient correction model,the average error correction can make the pipe sections through hydraulic calculation were reduced from 17.46% to 5.7%,26.23% reduced to 8.6%,22.51%reduced to 6.3%.Secondly,the highest temperature of the station pipeline limit value and inlet temperature of the lowest limit value for the critical condition of Daqing and Russian oil mixed transportation under the condition of the minimum safety distance QingHa thermal pipeline throughout the year in different months were calculated;considering the actual hydraulic characteristics of pipeline,to avoid instability into the work area as the criteria,the calculated minimum safe throughput allowable working characteristics of pipes.Taking into account both,the minimum safe output in different months of the year when the different proportions of mixed crude oil was transported by Daqing ha oil pipeline was determined.To celebrate the Qingha oil pipeline stations across the minimum total energy cost as the goal,task pipeline throughput,oil pump and heating furnace and other equipment operating characteristics and pipeline safety of oil temperature and pressure limits as constraint conditions,with different proportion of mixed crude oil must be scheduled time time andthroughput,oil pump,heating the furnace and other equipment combination and the oil temperature and pressure as the decision variables,established the mathematical modeling of production operation optimization of Qingha oil pipeline,the integrated use of ant colony algorithm,penalty function method to solve the optimization model.Finally,based on the Visual Studio program development platform and the Microsoft Access database development tool,a decision support software for the safe and economic operation scheme of Qingha petroleum pipeline was compiled on the basis of theoretical research.The optimized operation scheme of Qingha pipeline under different seasons and different throughput is given by using the software.
