Some blocks of Toutai oil field oil wells,often fouling and corrosion phenomenon,the oil pump inspection period is shortened,the injection pressure increased,affecting the normal production,but also caused some economic loss.For the scaling problem in Toutai oilfield,should take effective measures to prevent fouling resistance,metal equipment the pipeline and water injection facilities.Thus the scaling scaling law research and antiscaling technology development is imminent.According to the scaling status of Mao area in Toutai oilfield for research,qualitative and quantitative analysis collected effluent and scaling samples.By using X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were adopted to analyze the detailed analysis of the composition of fouling samples.Combined with the existing theory to sum up the scaling law is well to produce large amounts of calcium carbonate and iron compound scale,the main reason is that the water contains a lot of Calcium carbonate ions,magnesium ions and carbonate ions,bacteria corrosion.In this paper,the scale inhibition performance of oil commonly used seven kinds of inhibitors,preferably HEDP and HEDPNa2 two kinds of high efficiency inhibitor compound,and 3:2 is the best combination of concentration ratio.Simulation study of oilfield water compound scale inhibitor on calcium carbonate scale the experimental results show the good inhibition effects of compound scale inhibitor calcium carbonate inhibition effect of compound inhibition is better than using a single inhibitor.In addition to evaluate the performance of compound scale inhibitor,and summarize the compound scale inhibitor concentration,temperature,time,alkalinity,changes of calcium ion concentration.The experimental results show that the compound scale inhibitor at low concentrations.At the same time the best compound scale inhibitor resistance,calcium alkali,high temperature resistant,effective duration increased.
