Charge aerosol lubrication is an environment friendly processing technology which is related to small amount of cutting fluid,good maching quality,and lower tool wear.Charged aerosol lubrication droplets improve the lubricating and cooling performance of cutting fluid because of its character is this: small particle size,lower surface tension,high permeability,and better adsorption property.In order to further improve the chargeability and lubricity of cutting fluid,this paper investigated the friction and wear properties and machinability of charged graphite graphene oil-based nano-fluids and charged graphene-based nano-fluids.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on the production of nano-fluid of graphene-oil-based nano-fluids and graphene-based nano-fluids,the ratio of charge-to-mass was tested.The friction and wear properties of the graphene oil-based nano-fluids and the graphene water-based nano-fluids were investigated by four-ball friction test..Nano-particles can effectively improve the charge-mass ratio of cutting fluids,the grahene and oxidized grahene nano-particles are able to improve the friction and wear properties of cutting fluids with the comparison of vegetable oil and aqueous basic liquid.2 The friction and wear properties of nanofluids under aerosol lubrication are investigated by four-ball and ball-plate friction and wear tests.The aerosol lubrication of the charged nano-fluids reduces the friction coefficient and the wear spot diameter,which obviously improves the tribological properties.The SEM / EDS analysis of theworn surface showed that: the surface scratches are mitigated,the furrows become shallow and small,the surface is smooth and the adhesion is reduced.In addition,the contents of carbon(C),Oxygen(O)element was increased,and nanoparticles the contents of permeates and chemical reaction occur with in wear surface,which lead to better friction performance.3.Contact-charged electrostatic graphene nano fluid cutting fluid,dry cutting and traditional MQL was carried out and analysed with the consideration of surface roughness of worpiece,tool flank wear,cutting force,etc.Milling performance was improved by aerosol lubrication of charged nanofluids.
