The release of NO_X during combustion of coal is the main source of pollution in the environment and is the culprit of human health and climate deterioration.It is imperative for most power plants to reduce NO_X emissions through efficient denitrification measures.The main indexes of reactor performance are denitrification efficiency and ammonia escape rate,while the mixing ratio of NO_X and NH3 in the first layer of the reactor catalyst and the homogenization of the velocity distribution are determined to a certain extent.The optimization of the flow field of the denitration reactor and the research and development of the new catalyst are popular in recent years,the denitrification efficiency is improved and the catalyst life extension is the most important.With the rapid development of CFD and computer technology,the use of efficient and convenient GAMBIT and FLUENT software to SCR denitrification system to draw and numerical simulation,can provide important basis for the design and improvement of the denitrification reactor flue,diversion system and spray ammonia system.In this paper,the ammonia escape rate of SCR denitrification system in 650 MW coal-fired unit of a power plant in Shandong is large,which leads to the clogging,deactivation and poisoning of the catalyst.The three-dimensional denitrification system model was established by FLUENT numerical simulation,and the flow field distribution of SCR system was simulated at the number of different baffles at the top of the reactor and the spray rate,Through the analysis and comparison of the results,it is concluded that the increase of the number of baffle plates and the reasonable difference can be adjusted.The sprayed ammonia velocity of each nozzle can make the NH3 concentration,NO_X concentration and NH3 / NO_X distribution of the first layer catalyst inlet more rationalized,Which can meet the design and operation of the double detection,SCR denitrification system for the coordination of optimization and stability of the unit to provide a practical reference value.
