With the continuous infiltration of information technology in industrial production,automation and intellectualization have become the trend of industrial production.According to the demand of automation and the actual project of pickle filling,the task dispatching system have been developed in the thesis,which could intelligently allocate the commands for executing the pickle filling process.Task dispatching is the core of the system,and it provides functions like real-time monitoring,data management,a reasonable allocation of scheduling resources and so on.In the filling process,there are three main tasks: AGV loading,AGV charging,and feeding to the filling machine.Intelligent filling task dispatching system is a subsystem of the intelligent filling control system.Firstly,the general scheme of integral filling control system is studied,and the task dispatching system is an important part of the intelligent filling control system.According to the functional requirements of the system,and based on the model/view structure,it designs the overall framework of intelligent filling task scheduling system.Then,the intelligent optimization algorithm is studied,and the fuzzy logic algorithm is choosen to optimize the related parameters considering many uncertainties coupled in the system.Then,the details of the task allocating system have been analyz thoroughly.To deal with the collision issue in the filling process,four approaches,which is sectional method,regional renewal method,nearest location first method,and keep right method are proposed and verified in the on-site testing.They can effectively solve the problem of Carriage in filling,and ensure that the operation in an orderly manner.Although these methods could handle the issue and guarantee the process work well,the work efficiency is still low.In this paper,the fuzzy logic optimization algorithm is deeply studied.combined with the actual production,the fuzzy logic system is designed to optimize the task dispatching system.Based on the related theoretical research,the fuzzy logic system is simulated by MATLAB.The analysis shows that the fuzzy logic system is designed to meet the actual demand and the design result is reasonable.For any group of input data,the analysis of its output curve shows that after the fuzzy logic system to deal with the data,it can effectively improve the efficiency of the task scheduling system to achieve the desired results.At last,combining with above research contents,the design and implementation of the software system are introduced,including the development environment of the system and the design of the task dispatching system software.In this paper,the functional module of the system is divided into three parts which are the task dispatching module,the dispatching process management module and the information management module,and the main interface of the system is introduced.
