In the experimental study of fluid mechanics,the breakup and atomization of liquid jet is always a difficult problem.For scramjet,the injection characteristics and atomization degree of fuel affect the combustion efficiency of the engine.Therefore,the method of measuring the particle size of supersonic atomization field is the focus of the study of atomization characteristics.Based on the PLIF/Mie super kerosene atomization particle size measurement method based on two-dimensional SMD realized online measuring SMD coefficient calculation formula and the calibration of kerosene supersonic jet breakup and atomization,made jet atomization field SMD radial distribution,penetration depth,Zhanyun key parameters,the width to lose the results show that the jet is divided into two stages.The mutation stage and stable stage,stable stage of kerosene spray SMD stable at around 10um,SMD radial jet outwards from small to large,the overall spanwise width range is slightly larger than the depth of penetration,in each section position of the same trend.Particle size measurement method based on ultra atomization PLIF/Mie kerosene,different initial jet pressure,jet atomization SMD radial distribution,penetration depth,spanwise width,the results show that the research on the jet characteristics of different initial jet pressure,spray SMD size ten microns,the pressure is 1.0MPa when the initial SMD minimum,the greater the pressure inside the jet,jet particle concentration decreased,the external particle concentration increases,and the penetration depth and the spanwise width is greater.And study the influence with deep groove,groove ratio and spray hole distance groove front edge distance on the jet's characteristics,the results show that the groove when the particle size distribution range is wider than a groove depth,ratio increases,the distribution of SMD volatility in different positions of laser section of the larger orifice groove and the front edge of the far,the measured SMD value is small,the better the effect of atomization of kerosene.The diameter measurement method using kerosene atomization particle PLIF/Mie,measured and analyzed the characteristics of jet kerosene supersonic atomization chamber,and improved the method of calibration of the imaging system,and the characteristics of jet kerosene under different working conditions of fuel to provide experimental basis for structure modification and parameter design for kerosene atomization engine super.
