In recent years,carbon quantum dots(also known as carbon dots,carbon nanopoint,C-dots)have been widespread concern due to its excellent fluorescence characteristics.In addition,carbon quantum dots have small and narrow size distribution,low toxicity and good biocompatibility and other characteristics.Carbon quantum dots are also widely used in a variety of biological imaging,biosensing,drug loading,disease treatment and so on.The main content is as follows:1.We used a kind of cheap and convenient carbon source like cyanuric acid to make carbon dots with good fluorescence performance by hydrothermal synthesis.To realize the quantitative detection of melamine,we observed the effect of melamine molecules on the fluorescence properties of carbon dots through strong triple hydrogen bond between melamine and cyanuric acid.2.A kind of carbon dots with the surface of amino based on urea and ethylenediamine through the microwave method was prepared.And then diblock copolymer based on polyaspartic acid and polyethylene glycol composed of polyethylene glycol(PEG)and polyaspartic acid(PAsp)was synthesized.A kind of electrostatic micelles was prepared through self-assembled by electrostatic interaction with the core of carbon dots and the outer shell of diblock copolymer polyethylene glycol polyaspartic acid(PEG-b-PAsp),and the electrostatic micelles have favourable fluorescence emission characteristics.The test sensitivity of the metal ions was measured,and the results showed that the detection sensitivity of the metal ions was obviously enhanced after the formation of the electrostatic micelles.And then the electrostatic micelles were carried out the on the study of drug delivery,the result showed that the electrostatic micelles can be used as a kind of excellent nano-drug carrier with non-toxic and good biocompatibility through the cytotoxicity test and cell endocytosis experiments.
