Heck Coupling Reaction is one of the effective methods to synthesize C-C bond in organic reactions.Since 1970 s,with the development of catalysts and reaction conditions,The reaction has been used in many organic reactions and often used in the synthesis of drug molecules,natural products and new materials.The study of Heck Reaction Catalysts has developed form homogeneous to heterogeneous catalysts.Homogeneous catalysts had ranged from Phosphorus-ligands to without Phosphorus-ligands.The stability and catalytic activity of the catalysts are improved to a certain extent.Because of their inherent shortcomings,homogeneous catalysts are difficult to separation from reaction mixtures and re-utilization.It causes environmental pollution and waste of resources.These disadvantages limit development of Heck coupling reaction.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to develop some heterogeneous catalysts that are supported on inorganic or organic carriers.At present,general carriers are coordination polymers,activated carbon,mesoporous materials,alumina and so on.Palladium metal is a efficient catalyst for Heck reaction.Although the traditional carriers supported palladium metal have been improved in homogeneous catalysts,in the catalyst process,some problems of complex operations or low yields are exposed.Therefore,it is necessary to develop novel composite materials with simple operation and high catalytic activity to realize the industrialization of Heck reaction.MOFs is an excellent carrier supported palladium metal.In this paper,two MOFs of MIL-101 and HKUST-1 are synthesized.Meanwhile,two composite materials of Pd@MIL-101 and Pd@HKUST-1 are synthesized to catalyze the Heck Reaction.We introduced the problems existing in Heck Coupling Reaction catalysts and the characteristics,synthesis methods,development and application of MOFs.The feasibility of Heck reaction catalyzed by MOFs composite material is demonstrated.We synthesized two MOFs MIL-101 and HKUST-1.Then Pd@MIL-101 and Pd@HKUST-1 are prepared.The four kinds of materials are characterized respectively.The results show that the two MOFs materials are successfully synthesized.The crystal structure was remained after loading the Pd nanoparticles,which is potential to catalyze the Heck reaction.We regard Pd@MOFs as catalysts to effect on Heck Reaction.The results indicated that Pd@MIL-101 has a higher yield,especially for reactions between iodobenzene and acrylate,the catalytic rates are higher than the current similar reaction.The synthesis and catalytic experiments of this thesis are summarize.Pd@MIL-101 is a promising catalyst for the Heck reaction,which can be used in the industrial production of Heck reaction.
