Abstract/Summary:
Air gap charging blasting technology has been widely used in the domestic and foreign mines and other blasting projects because it can improve the effective utilization of explosive energy and get the ideal blasting effect, effectively control the blasting hazards and reduce blasting costs. However, due to the particularity and complexity of the blasting test itself,a complete system theory system has not yet been formed to guide the relevant engineering practice. This paper reviews the development of air gap charging blasting technology at home and abroad, goal is to complete optimization of air-gap charge structure by means of numerical simulation and field test, mainly carried out the following work.(1)The influence of the structure of the air gap on the blasting effect is analyzed from the point of view of rock blasting theory. The development process of the rock blasting model and the main blasting mechanics application are summarized. The principle and characteristics of the air separation charge are studied from the theoretical level.(2)From the point of view that the blasting energy can be distributed more uniformly, the charging structure of adjacent blast hole air separation positions is designed to optimize the overall distribution of blasting energy in the rock mass and improve the blasting effect.(3)The numerical model was established by using AUTODYN software. The results of numerical simulation were compared and analyzed to compare the blasting effect of the two groups.(4)The two charge structure were blasting construction test in a engineering site in Fujian province. The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of charge structure blasting are evaluated from the angle of rock breaking effect, chunk distribution and blasting vibration, and the previous theoretical derivation is verified by engineering example.
