Three-dimensional braiding is a technology for braiding the parts through the two-way movement of the yarn carrier in a circular track and the movement of the axial yarns,three-dimensional braiding machine that is based on three-dimensional braiding technology can braids a variety of shapes of structural parts.The braided composites have the characteristics of non-layered overall structure,continuous change of cross-sectional shapes,once forming of the complicated structural members and the resistance to impact and creep,which can be widely used in the fields of aerospace,biological tissue materials,automobiles,ships,wind power and other fields.The movement of the yarn carrier in angle wheel three-dimensional braiding machine has a certain influence on the effect of braiding,so it is very important to research the movement of the yarn carrier in angle wheel three-dimensional braiding machine.The purpose of this paper is to do simulation analysis and experimental study on the movement of the yarn carrier in axial three-dimensional braiding machine,and to optimize the track in axial three-dimensional braiding machine,to carry out the mechanism design to the radial three-dimensional braiding machine.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The working principle of the angle wheel three-dimensional braiding machine was understood,then the three-dimensional model of the axial three-dimensional braiding machine was built,and the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out through the software of ADAMS,the motion discipline of the yarn carrier was obtained by doing this,And it can be compared with the theoretical curve which was obtained through the theoretical analysis.(2)The experimental analysis of axial three-dimensional braiding machine was carried out,and the motion picture of axial three-dimensional braiding machine was taken by high-speed camera,the curve of the experiment of the yarn carrier was obtained through the analysis of the photos to verify the correctness of the theoretical and simulation analysis.(3)By analyzing the movement curves of the yarn carrier in three-dimensional braiding machine.the speed cusp was found,so the movement trajectories of the axial three-dimensional braiding machine were optimized to eliminate the speed cusp,reduce contact impact,improve the service life of the machine.(4)By reviewing relevant documents about the radial three-dimensional braiding machine,the mechanism of the radial three-dimensional braiding machine was designed and verified.
