In this paper,we take the advantages of the MILD combustion,such as diffusion zone in the reaction zone,the temperature uniformity and so on.We had designed and analysis the feasibility of the MILD gasification technology and industrial application for the future by experiment and numerical simulation.The experimental results showed us the technical characteristics of the MILD gasification,and the improvement measures of the MILD gasification nozzle.Some of the conclusions obtained in the experiment and in this paper are as follows,which can provide a basic instruction for the development of this kind of technology.1.Mathod of water cooled wall adhered slag,can greatly reducing the impact and tear of the furnace by air flow in the furnace,and greatly reducing the furnace heat loss,Which is beneficial to improve the MILD gasification effect of pulverized coal2.With the optimized MILD gasification nozzle,we can maintain the MILD gasification in the stable situation,and reached a more efficient gasification reaction situation.3.High-speed secondary wind form a good MILD gasification conditions,making the gasification reaction can be carried out under MILD conditions.With the MILD gasification condition,the furnace got dark red,flameless,temperature distribution is uniform,and there is no obvious high temperature point,the gasification reaction area is wide,the pulverized coal residence time is longer,so it is advantageous to improve the gasification effect.4.At Air grade gasification,the syngas calorific value increased slightly,the carbon conversion rate increased,gasification stability increased.5.The gasification experiment of different working conditions shows that the good gasification effect after the coal gasification nozzle was optimized.The optimum experimental conditions are oxygen/carbon atomic ratio at 1.1,water vapor ratio at 0.1kg/kg,the generated syngas heat value is 3.63MJ/Nm3,carbon conversion rate of pulverized coal reached at 72.45%.
