In this paper the integrated use of CFD(Computational fluid dynamics)simulation technology,analyze different types of muffler structure,and study the fluid characteristics,comprehensive measure the muffler performance;To meet the needs of the actual working condition of the air drilling,emphatically analyzed the resistance muffler.In this paper,the main research work include: muffler structure design and analysis of boundary condition parameters affect the performance of muffler noise elimination;Combining with the analysis method of analysis of actual application of CFD to simulate the effectiveness of the muffler performance.Muffler internal fluid pressure loss of muffler structure parameters and the boundary conditions change,verify the validity of the CFD method to calculate the resistance muffler pressure loss,the institute of design with the method of spectrum analysis of resistant silencer acoustical characteristics of products,combined with the resistance muffler fluid dynamics characteristics of the research for the comprehensive performance of resistant muffler.Purpose of this paper is to provide a based on the CFD simulation and actual application of the combination of resistant muffler structure design method,through the comprehensive consideration in the design of fluid dynamics and acoustic characteristics improve the quality of resistant muffler design.This paper uses CFD method to quantitatively study the simple muffler pressure loss of muffler,the change rule of structural parameters and boundary conditions in combination with the existent silencer acoustic research conclusion,to study the resistant muffler design method based on the CFD simulation,summarizes the corresponding design steps: design goal,silencer,air flow parameters determination,structure preliminary design,the pressure loss calculation,muffler internal structure design and test verification,etc.
