In the process of producing strontium carbonate celestite,will produce hydrogen sulfide gas which is toxic and harmful.It directly discharged into the air not only threatens the safety of production,but also cause serious pollution to the environment.Long-term inhalation will cause serious harm to the human body,while the normal operation of the enterprise and the surrounding masses and the safety of the environment had a serious impact.In this paper chooses a production of strontium carbonate chemical plant as the research object,the chemical plant produce strontium carbonate while produce hydrogen sulfide gas,so the plant using the Claus method to recycle the hydrogen sulfide gas.In order to improve the efficiency of recycle hydrogen sulfide in the plant,using the process simulation was carried out by using the process simulation software(HYSYS)to recover the hydrogen sulfide process.The gray relational degree theory was used to analyze and calculate the five main parameters which related to the efficiency of recycle hydrogen sulfide inferred three parameters affecting the recovery of hydrogen sulfide.Optimize and calculate the three main parameters of the process such as the air intake volume,the outlet temperature of the primary condenser and the outlet temperature of the secondary condenser,and the difference between the humidity and the temperature under the influence of hydrogen sulfide recovery rate of the air intake volume best results,better improve the process of hydrogen sulfide recycle.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the risk factors of the recovery of the hydrogen sulfide process were analyzed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the mathematical model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The safety of the process was analyzed through the membership of the calculation and analysis,and ultimately get the level of security.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the process of hydrogen sulfide recovery process of chemical plant as the research object,using process simulation software HYSYS to simulate the process of the plant,the error is 3.35%,which shows there is not much difference between simulation and reality,to prove the accuracy of the simulation.(2)By using the grey correlation theory analysis of effect of hydrogen sulfide recovery effect of six process parameters,selecting three parameters that affect the higher degree by using the HYSYS to optimize.After optimize the optimal amount of intake air,an outlet temperature of condenser and the two condenser outlet temperature,air humidity and air the temperature of different situations and gives the results of the optimal recovery of hydrogen sulfide.(3)Using the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the safety of the optimization process so as to determine the extent to which each risk factor affects the safety of the process,and establish a safety analysis and evaluation model by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,reach conclusion that the safety of process is high.
