With the Xingbei oil field into the extra-high water cut period,the expansion of tertiary oil recovery technology and the rise of see agent concentration for ternary compound drive gathering and transmission system.There are three main problems in the production process: first,gathering and transportation process deposition fouling problem is much more prominent;second,some links have the problem of descaling;the third,part of the process of cleaning process is very complex.At present,the technology used in the field of anti fouling is electronic scale inhibitor,ultrasonic anti scaling instrument and chemical agent anti scaling technology,but these anti scaling technology in the practical application of the effect is not particularly obvious.There is no suitable technology of hole jet operation in the internal U manifold of oil transfer stations and metering stations.According to the original process can not meet the needs of practical production,starting from the key point of ternary compound drive gathering and transferring system is easy to form scale and silt,formed a set of suitable technology for ternary compound drive which make the cleaning work quick and efficient.The main research contents are:(1)The optimization of operation mode of the automated mechanical descaling furnace and reasonable wiper cycles,wiper cycle for 3 times/day,to ensure its efficiency in the state of operation,to avoid the steel brush wear caused by the frequent wiper and the perturbation problem of oil-water interface.(2)Improve the heating furnace of automated mechanical descaling process,through the top of the fission furnace heat exchanger adding 60 mesh filter,realize the wiper steel brush to shave off the scale to intercept,suspended solids removal rate reached 51.6%,effectively prevent the scrape off the scale into the downstream water pipe.(3)Determine the washing parameters of online large displacement.through the field test,we come to a conclusion that if the single well pipeline length<600meters,we can use the water of 71?,pressure 2.85 MPa,washed 1.5hours;if the single well pipeline length?600meters,we can use the water of 71?,pressure 2.85 MPa,washed 2hours;it can satisfy the ternary development prophase is mainly wax by warp pipe flushing of the requirements.(4)Form the pipeline dredging measures descaling template,According to the different wellhead back pressure level and concentration,through the measures such as: turn up watering,online high pressure washing,gathering and transportation pipeline cavitation jet,it ensure pipeline flow.
