The downhole situation of Qian'an Area in Jilin Province is Complicated,and the economic loss caused by the loss of drilling fluid is serious which seriously affects the safety of construction and constrains the increase of drilling speed.Recyclable,micro-foam drilling fluid has the advantage of ordinary drilling fluid in anti-collapse and anti-leakage,and the low density of micro-foam drilling fluid has played a good role in balancing formation pressure.In this paper,we research the micro-foam drilling fluid technology basing on the geological characteristics of the Qian'an area.The reasons of well leakage and well collapse are summarized,and the application of recycled micro-foam drilling fluid is analyzed.According to the geologic characteristics of the Qian'an area,the recyclable micro-foam drilling fluid formula is optimized: with the polymer drilling fluid as the base slurry,sodium dodecyl sulphonate,sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate compound foaming agent and alcohol foam stabilizer were added reasonably,and a good anti-collapse agent-emulsifying paraffin,Plugging material-XA swell-type drilling while drilling plugging agent and rubber particles to ensure that the drilling fluid system easy to adjust the density,strong inhibition and have a good anti-collapse,blocking capacity.Field application of the results show that the application of 15 wells were not a lot of leakage phenomenon.Compared with the polymer drilling fluid,the recyclable micro-foam drilling fluid can greatly increase the ROP and shorten the construction period.
