Horizontal well drilling technology has become an important technology to efficient development of oil and gas resources.Sticking accident is one of common underground risks in the process of drilling horizontal well,the accident probability is high,the treatment technology is complex,and easy cause other drilling accident and complex conditions,effects of serious and huge economic losses.Therefore,experts and scholars at home and abroad has been committed to how to prevent and deal with the risk of sticking.This paper established a combined with design and construction of drilling parameter data of the horizontal well sticking risk early warning and processing method,YuCeKa drilling risk timely,and evaluate the sticking accidents of horizontal processing method and decision making.In this paper,the horizontal well drilling risk prediction with accident treatment method has carried out in-depth study: the RSI sticking based on the theory of safety index method,considering the influence of temperature variation on the drilling fluid performance,respectively is established works han mode and power law mode of horizontal well drilling fluid sticking accident prediction model,according to the result of forecast analysis to optimize the performance parameters of the drilling fluid and drilling fluid displacement,in order to improve the sticking safety index value,reduce the risk of horizontal well sticking accidents.Under the condition of considering the friction load to the drill string mechanics,based on the theory and method of mechanics of materials,composite card point location of the drill string is established to solve calculation method,the method adopts the loop iteration solving card point location,sticking accidents suitable for horizontal well after card point location accurate calculation.Friction load is a factor that cannot be ignored in the process of horizontal well stuck,sticking accidents in this paper,the horizontal well on carry the card to solve the wellhead in the process of load analysis,and to evaluate drill pipe tensile safety performance;Drill string vibration theory,the law of conservation of momentum,the law of conservation of energy and other related theory of shock solution process and solution card effect are analyzed in detail,and the shock solution card process mechanics model is established,the calculation model for effectively eliminate the friction resistance of shock force calculation results,the influence of suitable for horizontal well,the large displacement of shock solution process solution of the shock force analysis,can effective analysis in the process of drilling horizontal well drilling risk,and after sticking accidents to the free point position calculation,analysis of accident treatment method,the solution of card effect evaluation analysis provides a powerful decision-making basis.
