Steam Flooding is one of the critical thermal developement technoligies for the heavy oil production,and also the most effective follow-up technology for CSS with the characteristics of high-tech,high investment,high speed,high energy consumption,high benefit and high-level.The critical factor for the smooth application of Steam Flooding in the field is to select the optimum technologies.According to the characteristics of mid-deep heavy oil reservoir in Liaohe Oilfield,with the survey of development technologies of Steam Flooding,on the basis of studying the development mechnism and adaptability of Steam Flooding,this paper is to gather the current information of Steam Flooding,and make an adaptability analysis for the technologies,such as high temperature and long term steam injection,separate layer steam injection,high temperature lifting,high temperature dynamic monitoring,sand control,high temperature profile adjustment,and high temperature workover operations,and then judge whether these technologies could satisfy the production needs during the Steam Flooding Process.With the emphasis on the core Steam Injection technology in the Steam Flooding deveplopment,establish the model and develop the software from the aspects like the ground pipeline heat loss and the wellbore heat loss.The deviation range of software is less than 10 percent,providing the theoretical basis for the optimization design of steam injection of Steam Flooding.According to the survey results,the adaptabity aanlysis and the caculation results of software,and finally provide the optimum technoligies for Liaohe Oilfield,as well as the next research scope,guarantee that the heavy oil reservoirs in the Liaohe oilfield could be developed smoothly and effectively.
