Mechanical Grinding Of Electro Galvanized Iron Alloy Coating And Corrosion Resistance Mechanism

Zn Fe alloy coating plays an important role in industrial production,has good protective effect on the iron and steel,with the development of technology and application of metallic materials environmental deterioration,the new preparation technology of Zn Fe alloy coating becomes more and more important for the study of Zn Fe alloy coating,the former focuses more on the improvement of the plating bath this paper,by using the method of mechanical grinding preparation of zinc alloy coating,and the properties of the coating are studied.This paper in the process of electroplating zinc alloy,adding grinding ball,applying mechanical grinding effect on the coating,changes in electroplating process of liquid phase mass transfer,electrochemical conversion and electrodeposition steps,preparation of mechanical grinding of Zn Fe alloy coating.By changing the experimental parameters,mechanical grinding of Zn Fe alloy coating under different parameters were prepared by electrochemical method,corrosion test,mechanical properties test method and other research methods,to study the mechanical grinding of Zn Fe alloy coating with different parameters.To reveal the influence of experimental parameters of current density,density,diameter of grinding ball grinding balls,grinding frequency on the properties of the coating,by the orthogonal test,the optimal experimental parameters of coating performance,when the current density is 2A/dm2,grinding ball density is 11.2g/cm3,the diameter of grinding ball is7 mm,the frequency of 9Hz,the performance of mechanical grinding get the best coating.At the same time,by using polarization curve test technique,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,in-depth study of the coating,summarizes the corrosion laws of mechanical grinding of Zn Fe alloy coating.
