The stator & rotor which composed of a stator and a rotor is the core component of PCP,and it is significance to improve the performance of stator & rotor for the promotion of efficiency of PCP.The performance of stator & rotor is affected by many factors, after the theoretical analysis of line equation of stator & rotor, temperature field and non-uniform internal pressure there is the periodic contact nonlinear finite element model of stator & rotor has been established based on the specific initial amount of interference, well temperature and swell to simulate heat generation and nonlinear contact of stator & rotor.Lag heat and friction heat of the stator rubber bushing are compared in the article and friction heat can be ignored has been proved finally. In order to provide the foundation for more accurate simulation of the actual working conditions of stator & rotor, the changes of heat and contact pressure in different circumstances of hydraulic pressure are compared, and contact pressure in two totally different cases that whether temperature field related to lag heat is applied before the rotation of rotor. The effect of different hardness, rotating speed and loss factor on heat generation and contact of stator & rotor has been analyzed. The increase of hardness of the material results in the decrease in temperature of rubber bushing, and the increase in contact pressure and equivalent stress. Both the increase of rotation speed and loss factor mainly lead to an increase in temperature of the rubber bushing.
