With the ability and technology increasing improvement of the human exploratingnatural gas.How to define the gas well reasonable producing rate hasbecome the first problem being soved in the gas well development in accordance with the actual conditionsof the gas well.In view of the problem,this paper mainly studies the flow rule of the two-phase flow,using the theory of gas-liquid two-phase flow in pipe to calculating bottomhole pressure,define the coefficient of the two item flow equation of gas-well by the method of testing gas well.Define the formulate of the gas well reasonable producing rate.Secondly,define the calculation and formula of critical liquid carrying flow rate.Finally,a calculator program of the well reasonble producing rate would be designed which can guide for the gas well production.
